What is Private Reporting Mode?

Private Reporting Mode allows your organisation to access all the value of the Snap Send Solve platform with the additional benefit of presenting your workforce with incident types that can not be accessed or seen by the general public.

Who can access Private Reporting Mode?

Private Reporting Mode can only be accessed by people that have been provided with an Access Code which is only required to be entered into the app once. This Access Code can be generated within the Admin Portal and allows users with the code to access the private incident list.
