Long press to Snap faster

Want to skip straight to Snapping? Just press and hold the Snap Send Solve app icon on your phone’s home screen.

You’ll jump right into the Snap screen, no menu hopping, no waiting. It’s the quickest way to get started when you spot something that needs fixing.

Snap straight from your photos

Caught the perfect pic of the problem but didn’t have the app open? No worries.

Head to your photo gallery, tap share on the image, and select Snap Send Solve. You’ll start a new Snap with your photo already attached, too easy, and a massive time-saver when you're mid-walk, mid-commute or mid-coffee.

Skip the scroll with recent incident types

Noticed we’ve bumped your most-used incident types to the top? That’s by design.

Whether you're regularly reporting rubbish or flagging footpath issues, your go-to options are now just a tap away, so you can Snap and Send in seconds.

Let your location do the work

Turn on location services and let your phone do the heavy lifting. Your Snap will automatically drop a pin where your photo was taken, no need to guess street names. Plus, it helps Solvers get to the right spot faster.

Check your Solver before you send

Every incident type shows which authority will receive your Snap, that’s your Solver.
