We’ve made it easier for Solvers to update you on your reports, so that they can give you more information on the status of your Snap.
Reduce the number of emails you receive from Solvers by receiving report updates in app.
We listened to your feedback and you can now manage how you hear from us in the notification preference centre in the app. Just tap the 'Account' button on the bottom of the screen in-app, then tap 'Notifications'.
Open the app to check out your report Timeline – just make sure you're on the latest version.
